Help users take the next step
Welcome, first-login and re-engagement messages address different moments and need distinct triggers and stopping rules.
Three different moments
A welcome sequence sets expectations right after signup. A first-access reminder responds to an account that has not yet been used. Re-engagement is for an established user who later becomes inactive. Combining them can send a welcome message after someone has already become a regular user, or repeat onboarding after a return.
Use events, not assumptions
A future integration could use signup, first login, milestone completion and last meaningful activity events. Define which event ends each sequence: first login stops the access reminder; completion stops a task prompt; a renewed session may end re-engagement. Use an attempt limit, quiet period and clear help route.
These lifecycle automations are planned. Cadensy does not currently claim a live event API or automatic user messaging.
