A reminder should follow the product, not a guess
A useful replenishment message depends on the purchase date and product context supplied by the connected system.
Estimate a window, then make it adjustable
A refill interval is only an estimate. Product size, actual usage, household size and customer preference can all change it. Begin with a reasonable range supported by product knowledge, then allow the person to adjust or opt out. Do not treat a typical interval as proof that a customer is ready to buy.
Data and exclusions
A future workflow would need a trustworthy order event, the item or category, a clear purchase timestamp and a way to detect a new order, refund or cancellation. Suppress a reminder after a recent purchase, an unsubscribe or an invalid address. Keep the message useful even when the person does not need to reorder.
Cadensy’s replenishment automation is planned, not an active integration. Any timing shown here is an example, not a result claim.
