A reply changes what should happen next

A relationship system should treat replies as part of the conversation, with clear ownership and pause rules.

Keep context with the response

A reply is more useful when a team can see which message prompted it, the contact’s history and the person responsible for follow-up. Possible categories include interest, a request for information, an out-of-office note, a question and an unsubscribe. Classification should support a human decision, not silently replace it.

Stop first, then route

A future workflow could pause a sequence as soon as a reply arrives, then assign the conversation to an owner. An unsubscribe should update suppression immediately; an automatic absence may need a dated pause; a sales question may need a prompt response. Replies that cannot be confidently matched should go to review.

A shared inbox, reply classification and AI suggestions are planned capabilities. Cadensy does not currently claim live reply sync or automatic sequence stopping.
